Abstract

Primarily the candidate has to be technically sound because it is the base, but the industry is more concerned how he utilize this technique for industrial ends. Industry by definition involves lot of people if an engineer has to be successful he has got to be effective in his interactive skills and that is possible only if they are effective in their communication skills. This is important expectation in an industry. Right from the time of interview throughout his career communication is important and it decides his career. An engineer has to be present for proposals, he has to negotiate with suppliers, have to deal with workers sub coordinate superiors etc., All this involves a full understanding of interactive skills.
